（1）已完成的屋顶涂膜防水层应采取保护措施，以免被其他操作工序破坏。应在垂直墙面的屋顶涂膜防水层完成后立即铺设保护材料；对于需进行闭水试验的部位，应在闭水试验完成并检查无渗漏情况后，再铺设保护层。若闭水试验推迟则应采取一些保护措施。

（2）地下工程：在垂直墙面上采用聚乙烯泡沫塑料片材做保护层时，可在最后一道涂膜固化前，直接黏贴5~6mm厚的发泡聚乙烯片材保护层（四川人事考试中心），并要求拼缝精密，然后按要求回填土；对平面部位的涂膜外观，可干铺一层纸胎沥青油毡作保护隔离层，并在其上浇注400mm厚细石混凝土作刚性保护层。

（3）厕浴间地面及立墙保护层：可在涂膜厚度达到规定要求并经验收合格后（潍坊网络公司），在涂膜外观再涂一道涂料，并立即撒布少量干净干燥的砂子，使其与涂膜屋顶防水层黏结牢固后（河南人事考试网），再涂抹水泥砂浆保护层。
