3、涂刷JS屋顶防水层 将配制好的屋顶防水涂料均匀涂刷在下层外观,每层涂刷量以0.8～1.0kg/㎡为宜多遍涂刷,直到达到涂膜厚度要求。
①涂覆时应细致以下事项:若液料有沉淀应随时搅拌均匀;
②涂覆应尽量均匀,不能有局部沉积,不能过厚或过薄,涂料与下层之间不留有气泡,粘结严实。
③每层涂覆必须按照规定用量取料,最薄处不低于1.2mm。
④涂层硬化后,立刻进行保温养护,保证涂层潮湿,以防粉化。

4、可用时间: 在液料:粉料:水=10:20:0～2,环境温度为20℃的条件下,涂料可用时间约3h。现场环境温度低,可用时间长些;反之短些。已配好的屋顶防水材料过稠硬时,不可再加水拌和使用。 (6)施工部位要求: 根据我方设计,屋面接缝处采用JS复合屋顶防水涂料进行涂刷密封,对于管根、地漏、阴阳角等特别部位采用加筋布进行增强处理。

5、质量要求: 屋顶防水层施工完毕后,应认真检查整个工程的各个部分,分外是微弱环节,发现题目,及时修复,涂层不应有裂纹、翘边、鼓泡、分层等征象。
